| I getting confused by various internet advice on the modern way to write a letter. I wonder what the concensus of this forum is about teaching letter writing. The specific confusion is around the position of the sender's address, for a formal letter should it be: top left or top right? |

| The sender's address should appear at the top right. If you are using letterhead, however, you would not include a sender's address. |
