Default Ache / pain / hurt / sore

Hello everyone,

would you please correct the following sentences and give me some explanations?
I have really problems with this words

1.) After eating the beef stew prepared by the new cook, the king woke up with terrible ache in his stomach.
2.) I've been digging the garden and now my back is aching.
3.) Don't worry. It won't hurt a little bit.
4.) When people have a fever they usually pain in every limb.
5.) The water in the swimming pole has a lot of chlorine in it - that's why your eyes are aching.
6.) Uncle Fred hurt himself falling off a ladder and had to go to hospital.
7.) Why did you pull a face when I held your hand? Have you got a sore finger?
8.) It is not always easy to tell when animals are in pain.

0) I really have problems with these words
1) aches
2) ok
3) ok (it won't hurt any)
4) suffer looks like the good answer, but I'm not sure you can suffer in a part of your body (to suffer from sth).
5) smarting
6) ok (injured sounds better, but that's another semantic field)
7) ok
8) ok

Eyes are usually get sore from something. If you watch too much TV, your eyse will also get sore.
