I hope I might
I hope one day I might be able to play a musical instrument. I'm too busy learning English and studying for exams at the moment.
This sentence is taken from a Cambridge grammar book. Can we use 'can' or 'could' or 'may be able to' to replace the phrase in red without changing the meaning of the sentence?
Could I ask native speakers to help me please? Thank you in advance.

Re: I hope I might
Well, putting 'may' is absolutely wrong.
I think it's fine with 'could' and 'would'.
I'm not a teacher, just an ordinary learner.
