    Default Addressing an envelope

How would I address a Christmas card envelope to an office of a corporation in which the card is intended for all the people in this office. Also is it proper to sign "with love"? I am a friend of everyone in this office, but I do not work there.

"Kind regards" sounds better than "with love" for people in an office. Keep "with love" for close friends and family.

Administrative Officer (or Personnel Officer ...)
Marketing Division, (or whatever division your friends are in)
    Office Corporation (name of company)
Uptown Branch (If there is more than one branch)
    123 Main St
    Townville Postcode

Someone in the corporation will know what do with unopened Christmas cards, so it probably doesn't really matter who you send it you, as long as it goes to the right branch/office.

I would address it to the department concerned:

    The Staff,
    Administrative Offices,
    ...

If you have worked with them a long time and feel you know them well, no-one will turn a hair at "with love". Many of my professional contacts did this as a norm [if they were female, please note].
