Default Help with this poem

here is a few lines of a poem im reading, could anyone tell me what, if any kind of literay devices are used in this:

"I came to you for truth,
And you gave me lies.

I came to you for liberty,
and you gave me bondage.

I came to you for hope
and you gave me despair"

Yes, the repeated use of opposites (truth/lies etc) is an effective literary technique, but I am sorry to say I don't know the specific name for this device.
