Pardon me please, but the phrase is explanation in detail or detailed esplanation.

(I think B&E stands for breaking and entering.)

if you remove the phrase in the commas, the sentence should still make sense.
"This car is better" works
"This car it is better" doesn't work
thus you remove the 'it'
