    Hi,
    is it ok to say:
    in this photo there are me and my father

    ?

    Please say if it is correct first, before adding suggestions; so, I can understand if my choice is at leat acceptable....

    Yes, it's OK. It's more common to say:
    "This is a photo of me and my father".
