    Question With the ability...?

I am writing a cover letter and I am not sure how to use the word ability correctly. For example:

I able to manage client relationships with the ability to partner with big players such as IBM and HP.

    Is it correct?

What do you want to say? WHO has the ability - you or the client?

I am able to manage client relationships that have the ability to partner with big players such as IBM and HP.

    or
