Business Operations
Hi, in the following paragraph I don't want to sound too technical. Is there a better word for operations?
I am so proud to tell you that important IT projects have been developed and have impacted positively many of our operations (company operations).

Re: Business Operations
Before we go any further, who is the audience, and what's the point?
Is the audience IT people, and you want them to feel proud of their achievement? Is the audience the rest of the company, and you want them to appreciate the the contributions of the IT department?
By using phrases like "impact positively" you've already turned it into business jargon. If you answer the first two questions, we can rephrase.
