I have a question regarding the term 'fertilizer'
I've looked into the dictionary and I found that the term can be countable and uncountable.
Hence I wonder if you could help me to choose the correct sentence from these three phrases:
"Analysis of a fertilizer" or "Analysis of fertilizer" or "Analysis of a sample of fertilizer"
I'd go for the last one.PLease advise.
I agree with you.
All are correct.

Analysis of fertilizer to see if it contains what the manufacturers say it contains is the responsibility of the Department of Agriculture.
