Enrollment?
What does enrollment mean here :
"Jim and I meet with our entire staff every other week. We bring the staff together at a dinner to discuss our vision, invite enrollment, and stay aligned with the vision."

Re: Enrollment?
'Enrollment' does NOT mean encourage or entice. That's what 'invite' means.
'Enroll' means to enter or register in a roll, list, or record. It's often understood to refer to somebody joining something. For example, a new student enrolls with a university.
We bring the staff together to invite enrollment
It's not at all clear, but perhaps the idea is that the staff meet to discuss how to encourage people to join the organisation.
