Default Is this title correct?

Hi, I'm writing a report and I need to know if my report title is correct:

Implementation of Paperless Offices by Using Intranet

It's hard to judge a title that is disconnected from the text, but don't you mean "by using the Internet"?

You could also puch the boat out and go for something like 'Intranet based implementation of paperless offices.'

PS- how about 'paper free'?
