Hi teachers!

When you mean "a book written by J. K. Rowling" how is it possible to say in other words? Here are possible alternatives I managed to come up with.

1. "a J. K. Rowling book"
2. "a J. K. Rowling's book"
3. "a book by J. K. Rowling"
4. "a book of J. K. Rowling"
5." a book of J. K. Rowling's"

What is confusing to me is how to make clear the difference between "written by J. K. Rowling" and "owned by J. K. Rowling"

There isn't an easy way; this is the source of several old jokes. The only clear way to distinguish them is to use a verb: 'a book written by JKR or 'a book that JKR's writing'; or you can use the adjective 'latest' (which implies a sequence of verbs - 'She wrote A, then she wrote B and C. Her latest book is D.'
