In addition, here are the reasons:
1. It was five o’clock in the afternoon_____ they climbed up to the top of the mountain. A. since B. when C. that D. in which
'in the afternoon' is an adverbial phrase, and so it requires an adverbial modifier, notably, the relative adverb 'when'.
2.“_________ break the law should be punished”,the judge shouted. A. Someone B. Anyone C. Whoever D. Those who
The verb 'break' is plural, so it requires a plural subject. Of the choices above, only D., 'Those who', is plural.
3.Beihai Park is one of the most beautiful parks______ built about 300 years age in Beijing. A. which were B. where were C. that was D. that were
The subject 'Beihai Park' is singular, as is its subject complement modifier 'one of the most...', so its relative modifier (i.e., that/which) should also be singular. Of the choices given, only C., 'that was', is singular.

Re: Trouble you to solve the following three questions
As I read it, "that were built" refers to "beautiful parks" ie. you take the set of parks that were built 300 years ago, then you pick one.

I know what you mean; It's a tricky structure. I had to read it over twice before I felt comfortable answering.
'one' is the antecedent:
One (of those French books on the shelf) is mine. One is mine.
One (of the parks) which was built. One was built

Re: Trouble you to solve the following three questions
A tricky structure indeed. I concur with Casiopea's reasoning, but the sentence is still flawed (even with 'ago' replacing 'age'. It should be something like
"Beihai Park, built about three hundred years ago, is one of the most beautiful parks in Beijing."
or (if Francois has indeed grasped the intended meaning)
"Beihai Park is one of the most beautiful parks of those which were built about 300 years ago in Beijing."
In fact, now I come to think of it, I'm not entirely convinced that one can 'build' a park....

Indeed.
