Exclamation Modals Modals and Modals :)

Hello,
Can you help me please with this issue?
Are these 2 questions expressing a request, and ability, or an offer?
- When can you be ready for me to pick you up so we can go out tonight?
- Would you drive me to a rock concert at the Swing Auditorium?
Thanks for your help :)

The first is expressing ability, the second a request.
