Emanuelli is on a distinguished road
Default Neither

a) Well, just to make sure, I can use "me neither" when the first sentence was negative for all the tenses, right?
Examples: "I didn't study."- "Me neither"
"I'm not a good student."- "Me neither"
"I haven't got a camera."- "Me neither".

b) Can I say: "How are your studies going"?
and: "one year ago"/ "a year ago"?

Thanks.
