Would you be kind enough to tell me whether the expressions “to make my mind easy”, “to set my mind at easy” and “to put my mind at easy” are inetrchangable?

I think the word you are looking for is to "put/set [someone's] mind at ease". I do not think the first (with "make") is correct, but the expressions with "put" and "set" are interchangable.
