I feel "vital statistics" too formal.

Hi Natalie, A girl's vital statistics refers to the circumferences of the girl's breast, waist and hips.

These are woman's body measurements. Maybe someone else can come up with something different. Can't think of anything right now |

So I am not sure if it is acceptable.

I've seen this one before too. No need to say I've refrained from using it whatever the context FRC

But I didn't get why Cambridge dictionary wated to used "breasts", not "breast", which refers to "The superior ventral surface of the human body, extending from the neck to the abdomen." When using "breasts", they would refer to "Either of two milk-secreting, glandular organs on the chest of a woman; the human mammary gland."

It should be bust, waist, and hip measurements.
