Post I should say the word

Hi, teachers.. I have two questions. Please answer my question
------------------------------------
Listen carefully to hear the difference.
For each example, I should say the word with the sound [v] first , "very, berry vet , bet " ..
Question 1
I want to know if ' I should say the word' is a correct sentence in the above sentence .
If it's correct, what is the meaning of 'should' in the sentence?
-----------------------------------
You can hear it at the beginning of the word 'very', in the middle of the word 'heavy' at the end of the word 'move' and at the beginning and end of the word 'verve'.
Question2
Is the above sentence correct grammatically?
I wonder if the part, 'and at the beginning and end of ' is correct.
Thanks for reading.
