    Default essential, necessity or basic

Hello~ Would you help me with saying this naturally please?

A: Do you have empty room in your house? I plan to move out.

    B: Yes, we have one.

A: Good, do you have desk and bed then?

B: ⓐOf course, Thats basic! We also have wardrobe, big stand light and nice curtain in that room.
    ⓑOf course, Thats essential!
    ⓒOf course, Thats standard!

I think "basics" is a good choice in this context.
