In answer to your question about how to prevent the present recurring situation, when you make a money transfer for any payment from your bank account, even if done by internet, please, fill in the note field with the description of your payment putting your account number (xxxx), invoice number (or numbers if many) you are paying for and, in case, also the credit note number (or numbers if many) you are taking/using from your account.

If you have got further payment details you wish to let us know, please, e-mail them to the address xxxx@xxxxx.
