I have completed my b.e.(eee) and i wish to do my ms in information and communication systems security....so please help me write a motivational letter for this course....the couse to be studfied in sweden...please help me to write a motivational letter.........

How can anyone write about what motivates you to do this course when they have no idea about you, or why you want to go to Sweden. If you write it, people can suggest ways of improving it, but the ideas have to start with you.
