Simply say rent, not rent fee. Also, in USA we say water bill, electric bill, etc.

Hello~ I'm so confused about fee, charge and pay..
Are they correct? or Do I have to say 'charge' instead of 'fee'?
Can you help me say this naturally please?
A: I transferred rent fee for this one month yesterday. Did you check it?
B: Yeah but why didn’t you transfer electricity fee, water fee?
A: You said rent fee all includes all the fees.
B: I think you are misheard, rent feel just includes internet fee.
A: Oh, no, I’m sure you said all the fees are including.
B: If you can’t believe it you can look up your lease contract.
A: Anyway, I can't transfer you this week because I have to pay school fee. I'm out of money.
