Smile a ride

Hello

I'd like you help me with the following phrase.

#1 Would you give me a ride in your car?

Does "give me a ride in ~" sound natural?
Are there some ways of this expression?

Thank you.

It sounds OK to me! You can simply say "Can you give me a ride?" unless you need to specify whose car exactly you have in mind.

Another phrase to use:
Can you give me a lift?
Can you hitch me a ride? (sl)
