Default walk the talk?

Hello, there. I met the expression "walk the talk". I know the meaning of each word, walk and talk. But I can not figure out what "walk the talk" means. Is it talking while I am walking or lead the talk (conversation) or another thing?

First of all, I’m not a teacher, just a speaker.

I think you are talking about the phrase " Talk the talk, and walk the walk" Sometimes said as "You talk the talk, but can you walk the walk" What the speaker is asking is if the other person can do what he says he can do.
I hope this can help a little bit. This phrase has a few combinations, so you may hear id differently.
