"my trout is sore"
Hello !
I would like to have some help about some words a friend of mine wrote :
She said she was getting ill and she added "my trout is sore".
What does that mean ? Is it a idiom (I didn't find it in the idioms list) ?
Thanks for the help !

Actually, the words of a friend of yours must have been My throat is sore, meaning she could feel a pain in her throat.
