A "should" question

When I thought I was learning something about the "should", it finds a way to confuse me (again). So, I find the sentence:

Should you attack me

I know about the "person + should + verb + complement" structure and the consequently question structure, but what about this!?

Please, someone explain me what it's the meaning and the logic behind it.

HEre, should means slight possibility.
In all probability you will not attack me, but if you will, I will defend myself.
