Smile Until when are you going to live other’s house?

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?

    A: That house looks nice~
I wish the landlord let the house rent out, then Im going to rent it.

B: Oh, man, why don't you have a bigger dream?
Such as, I wish I could buy that house.
Until when are you going to live others house?

A: You know, I think money and I are not friendly, no matter how hard I try it just fly away.

B: You the man. If I were you I would quit club, smoking and drinking first.

Yes, you need would there, even though some people argue wish should not be followed by would. Believe me this is not so. Would means willingness here.

B: Oh, man, why don't you have a bigger dream? Also: Think big!
    Such as,
Why do you not wish you could buy that house?
Until when are you going to live other’s house?
Where are you going to bide your time until then?

A: You know, I think money and I are not friendly escapes me, no matter how hard I try, it just fly away gives me the slip.

B: You the man??. If I were you I would quit clubbing, smoking and drinking first.
