Hi,
Please clarify my doubt.
If someone say " Let's go for a lunch? "
Which one is the correct answer?
1) O.K , That will be nice.
or
2) O.K , That would be nice.

They are both acceptable, personally I would say n° 2).

First, I'm not sure why the "a" is there.
I think "will" is the correct choice, because they are going to go for lunch. It will happen.
If going for lunch might happen, I would chose "would".
A...I'm going to ask the boss if she will let us go out for lunch together one day this week.
B...O K That would be nice.

This has been posted twice, in the other posting I have already intimated that 'a lunch' is not necessary in this context and that 'lunch' is fine.
