Default what are "formatting problem, paragraphing problem, missing space,word form"?

Dear teachers,
what are "formatting problem, paragraphing problem, missing space,word form"?
all of these are often used when giving students' compositions mark.
can you give me examples for each mistake?

Paragraphing problem- either too many or too few paragraphs. Single sentence paragraphs or huge monsters that fill the whole page and carry on.

Missingspace- thespacebetweenwordsismissingwhichmakesithardtorea d

Word form- using an adjective instead of an adverb, for example, or a noun instead of a verb: He's a quickly learner. (should be quick)

Formatting- something to do with the text sizeetc.
