Default Got / Get

Are these correct? If not, why? What do these mean?
1. I hope you got the job.
2. I hope you get the job

3. I hope you'll get the job.
4. I hope you'd get the job. (Is this correct?)
5. I hope you'd get the job if you have done that. (Is this correct?)

6. You better get the job.
7. You better got the job.

Could someone help me with the post above? Thanks.

What do these mean?
1. I got a question for you. (How come 'got' is in past tense?)
2. I get a question for you.
3. I have got a question for you. (What's the point of having 'have' here?)

the sentence #3 is correct because when expressing hope not related to one's self, only that- clause may be used, the use of "that" is optional, e.g. Jack hopes that Jane will pass the exam.
sentence #5 should be "i hope you will get the job if you do that."

"Had better" is an idiom, it should be followed by a simple verb form, thus you have to say:you had better get the job.
