What person [1st, 2nd, 3rd] point of view is this called?

I know we've got 1st, 2nd, 3rd person point of views, and I learnt of a new one yesterday: Ominiscient.

I have two questions:
#1 What books are written in Ominiscient, and what exactly is it?
#2 There is a book called The Last Days, and it switches between the 5 main charecters Point of Views (first chapter it's from Moz point of view, and second it's from Pearl, thrid from Zahler etc.), what point of view is considered to be written from?

This is what I found on omniscient [adjective]:

If you describe someone as omniscient, you mean they know or seem to know everything. (FORMAL)
...a benevolent and omniscient deity...
