watch over/watch/keep an eye?

Hi teachers,

I hope you can help me with this:

Imagine that a mum is cooking in a pot, in the kitchen and suddenly her neighbour calls out for her. She then asks her daughter to watch over the pot while it's still boiling.My question is how should she ask her daughter.

1. "Helen, could you please watch over the pot while I'm out for a moment?"
2. "Helen, could you please keep an eye on the pot while...."
3. "Helen, could you please watch the pot while...."
4. "Helen could you please handle the pot while..

I wonder if the words are used correctly and how would you (native English speaker) say it.

"Helen, could you please keep an eye on the pot while...."

This would be the most common way to say it.

"Helen, could you please watch the pot while...."

This also works.
