Can you write part of the date on a formal business letter be split between two lines?
Example
The date of your blank blank blank test is sheduled for January 1,
2009?
Or should be ot
The date of yor blank blank test is sheduled for
January 1, 2009?

It will depend on the length of line in your printing instructions. There is no right or wrong about whether the date splits or not.
