Oh no, it's the present perfect tense as well, but in its continuous or progressive aspect.

You can also say, I'm tired now; I (worked)(was working) all day.

You could also use 'have worked', but 'have been working' is by far the best.

Maybe, but only if the person was still working at the time the statement was made. (the question was about possible verb tenses)
