Correct Verb
What are the possibilities of verb tenses can this verb in brackets be conjugated at ?
- I'm tired now, I (work) all day.

Yeah thanks. I know, but In my class, we haven't seen the past perfect continuous yet. so it's gonna be whether the past simple (/continuous) or the present perfect...

Oh no, it's the present perfect tense as well, but in its continuous or progressive aspect.

You can also say, I'm tired now; I (worked)(was working) all day.

You could also use 'have worked', but 'have been working' is by far the best.

I don't want to get into another discussion about perfect tense, but I don't agree with your interpretation.
