back on track = restore, make a recovery
Dear teachers,
Would you be kind enough to tell me whether I am on the right track with my interpretation of the expression in bold in the following sentence from an Entertaining News?
Bianca and Reese's relationship is back on track.
back on track = restore, make a recovery
on track = if an activity od a situation is on track, it is making progress and is likely to achieve something.
Thank you for your efforts.
Regards,
V.
