"i am being a engineer" is a correct present continues sentense or not.
why i am asking this ques means that here 2 auxilary verb am and being comes continuesly.

No, it isn't, you can't use 'I am being', followed by a noun. You could say, 'I am being followed' for example.

But that doesn't necessarily mean that you are working as an engineer.

I am working as an engineer.

Actually you can use a noun following I am being, but the meaning is obviously different to that of I am an engineer:

I am being a hypocrite, am I not? (= I am behaving in a way a hypocrite does)
