Wholesome food= Healthy food?
Hello amigos!
Ana prepared me a wholesome/healthy food.
Do these adjective mean the same in the sample? Is there any subtle difference between them?
Thanks,
Sam

Healthy seems to be another one of the words which has crept into common useage in an incorrect way. Healthy is an adverb, as in "I am healthy, but my sister is not."
Food is healthful so that if you eat it, you may be healthy.

Health is an adjective. I think you just made a typo, but I didn't want learners to be confused.
Again, I turn to www.m-w.com for this usage note:
synonyms healthy , sound , wholesome , robust , hale , well mean enjoying or indicative of good health. healthy implies full strength and vigor as well as freedom from signs of disease <a healthy family>. sound emphasizes the absence of disease, weakness, or malfunction <a sound heart>. wholesome implies appearance and behavior indicating soundness and balance <a face with a wholesome glow>. robust implies the opposite of all that is delicate or sickly <a lively, robust little boy>. hale applies particularly to robustness in old age <still hale at the age of eighty>. well implies merely freedom from disease or illness <she has never been a well person>.
As a matter of actual usage, I think you'll find that "healthy food" is used more than "healthful food" by a wide margin.
