spending advertiser
X, one of the largest (spending) advertisers of the UK working with 5 different advertisement agencies.
İs that sentence correct, which phrase is the right one should I use 'spending advertiser' or just 'advertiser'

This is not a sentence. It is a noun postmodified by an adjectival phrase. In a sentence, there has to be at least one finite verb. In yours there is none.

How about like this, my main concern is whether spending advertiser is a right phrase or not.

BTW, do you not have an easier name?

This one does not exactly roll off the tongue.

I don't have a problem with 'largest' it's just that 'big(gest) spending', unlike bhaisahab, rolls nicely off the tongue. As well as being widely used.
