Start a English Teaching Academy

I want to Start a English Speaking teaching classes in my small town,where there are hardly 1 or 2 to find..
students reallly need a quality one.
so i thought i could go ahead with creativity in teaching including new ways for them.
now please Justguide me to beging of everything
where to begin,how to,what i need have to start this?

I have always wondered why some teachers of English write so shoddily on the fora. Are they negligent or ignorant?

I don't think cb4_fs is a teacher, his/her profile says 'student'. I agree that his/her post is badly written and he/she would benefit from some lessons in English, but maybe he/she is the best speaker of English in the town, it's possible.
