Terms & Condition :

(1) Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction Only
(2) Above prices are net rate + VAT- extra as applicable
(3) Packing & Forwarding Charges Extra as actual.
(4) Advance Payment 25% with Confirm Order and balance payment against delivery.
(5) Delivery within 15 days after the confirm order.

Great letter. I have one question though. I don't see any prices mentioned in your letter? Isn't there suppose to be some prices? Or will that be sent in another letter? Otherwise...great work.

Did you mention a per piece/unit price? Usually a quotation will state the number of pieces the customer inquired about, and indicate the unit price:

1 pc. C.I. Paldi Type Pulley 5,000 rupees ea (or "per pc.")

Also, I don't believe you mentioned the FOB point; usually the quote will say "price is FOB our plant" or "FOB delivered" (meaning "Free On Board", or at what point the customer pays for the shipping costs).

I'm not exactly sure what is meant here; it might be clearer if you say "quoted price does not include packing and/or forwarding".

The above in red is accepted usage in Indian English, it means what it says, that the packing and forwarding charges will be charged at their actual price, that is to say at the price it costs us, and that this charge will be extra to the Rs. 5,000/-.
