Did you mention a per piece/unit price? Usually a quotation will state the number of pieces the customer inquired about, and indicate the unit price:
1 pc. C.I. Paldi Type Pulley 5,000 rupees ea (or "per pc.")
Also, I don't believe you mentioned the FOB point; usually the quote will say "price is FOB our plant" or "FOB delivered" (meaning "Free On Board", or at what point the customer pays for the shipping costs).
Packing & Forwarding Charges Extra as actual
I'm not exactly sure what is meant here; it might be clearer if you say "quoted price does not include packing and/or forwarding".
