pluralising plurals!!

Hi,
I have a friend who has just paid £70 for a CV to be prepared. I borrowed it to update my own and a phrase jumped out that seemed to be incorrect, however , my friend disagrees.

My view is that, although you can have costa disciplines, BP disciplines and Wimpy disciplines (all of which are plural already),when added together to the multi, this becomes incorrect , and the singular disciplined should be used in this case.

In fact it should be 'multi-discipline'. No 's' no'd'.

Have you any reason for that comment, your assertion also doesn't seem correct in the sentence??
