I have got a car. Implies that yes, you have the car in your posession, but it is not clear who owns it. It could be rented, could be borrowed, or could be yours. Also got is redundant. The sentence is better without it.

We do not focus on the action of buying the car in these sentences, so I do not think the use of present perfect is very good here. We focus more on the accident and that the car is wrecked.
