Which is correct?

[Company] stands out in this domain based on our technological excellence?

Referring to know-how, not performance of a product or similar.

technology is a noun, and it refers to a thing, whereas technological is an adjective that describes a thing.

Try,

...based on our excellence in (computer) technology.
