Can you say:
"I ran it out."
"I ran out my account."
"I ran out my credit."

A person can "run out of money", "run out of milk", "run out of bread", etc., but "ran it out" is a phrase I am unfamiliar with.

It could be possible if a context were designed, but otherwise, no.
