So many things hasn't gone as contract.
Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?
A: It will be ok with you if I give you 1 week notice before move?
B: Sorry, you should notice me at least 2 weeks in advance.
It's on the contract.
A: But you are the first one who didn't keep the contract.
For example, it should be 5 tenants but 8 people now.
The internet capacity was supposed to be 200G but it's 80G.
Hot water should provided for 24hours but 12 hours.
ⓐNothing has been going according to the contract.
ⓑSo many things hasn't gone as contract.
So I hope you give way and agree with 1 week notice.
B: Ok then let's give and take. Let's make it 10days notice. fair?

Hot water should be available 24hours but actually it is12 hours.
ⓐNothing has worked (been going) according to the contract.

B: Sorry, you should give me two week's notice. It's in the contract.
A: But you you broke the contract first. The contract says five people, but there are eight tenants now. The internet capacity was supposed to be 200G, but it's only 80G. We should get hot water all the time, but we only get it for twelve hours a day.
Good: Nothing has been going according to the contract.
Bad: So many things hasn't gone as contract.
So I'd like to be able to give just one week's notice. Does that work for you?
B: I don't mind shortening it a little. How about ten days?
