Smile taking in English or Chinese

What I've learned is English ,but I can't figure out what's the difference between English and american English,anyone know it ,pls disscuss with me ,my skype ID:panyang310

There are a lot of different things: spelling (lexicon), meaning (morphology), pronunciation (phonetics), useage (syntax), and even punctuation..... Hope a teacher here or there will help you figure them out soon.
