    Default is this sentence correct?

    We noted there are short of 7 pcs boxes for this shipment. Please compensate them in the next shipment.

    We can say it is correct, but for more standard you may take this one:

    It has come to our notice that the current shipment has a shortage of 7 pcs of boxes; you may please compensate this deficiency in the next shipment.

    This shipment was short 7 boxes. Please ensure they are on the next shipment.
