Eway is an unknown quantity at this point
Default eye level and....

Well......err....I'll try to explain my question.
There are basically three ways of looking/seeing:
look upwards
look at eye level
look downwards
If I want to sound more professional or formal in terms of academic writing,
can they be addressed as :
view from an upward gaze angle
view from an eye-level perspective
view from a downward angle

Are these correct English?
Or there are actually three verbs that can be used here?

It would depend on the context, but given the above I'd say all seem fine enough, with the exception of the first, which should be "upward angle".
