Are these correct and what can be used here with past senteces in these conditions?
It's incident of three years ago when we were in class 9, after introduction our miss gave us stories to make, when we (would) get this sort of work we all (would) speak a lot and (would) express our thoughts with passion. we (would) emphasize more on saying our thoughts than listening others.
I want to ask that is (would) appropriate in these conditions? and plz correct grammartical mistakes too.

Revised sentence:
It's an incident of three years ago when we were in class 9. After introduction, our miss gave us stories to make. When we got this sort of work we all spoke a lot and expressed our thoughts with passion. We emphasized more on saying our thoughts than listening others.

Three years ago, when we were in class 9, our teacher gave us assignments to write stories. Usually, when we got this sort of assignment, we all talked a lot and expressed our thoughts with passion. [By the way, this is great - "expressed our thoughts with passon."] We put more emphasis on expressing our thoughts than in listening to others.
